The St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Joseph County is a Catholic lay organization with a long history of service to neighbors in need. We offer real support such as food and household necessities as well as emotional and spiritual support through one-on-one interactions with those who are suffering.
We do this by making home visits. During these visits the members provide people with emergency food and financial assistance. More importantly, they bring friendship and compassion. Vincentians serve families throughout St. Joseph County.
St. Anthony has a chapter here in our parish that makes home visits to deliver food and necessities, organizes drives to stock the local food pantry, and blanket collections.
If you would like to get involved in this ministry, please contact the Parish Office at 574-282-2308 or email us at church@stasb.org.
