Priority 1: Welcoming

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. ( Heb 10:24-25)

The Fall 2019 NGP Survey Indicated that the majority of our parish respondents (about 70%) did not strongly agree that we were a welcoming community. We are working to change that in a big way so that everyone who is here feels like a part of the community and everyone who is new feels warmly welcomed–from parking lot to pew and back again.
