Traditionally, we have held Religious Education sessions weekly, in a typical classroom setting. We are excited to introduce our new Religious Education model for the 2019-2020 school year: Family Catechesis. We will meet twice a month during the school year on St. Anthony's Campus to educate children in grades 1-8 who have been baptized and are preparing for the Sacraments of Holy Communion (grades 1-2) and Confirmation (grades 3-8).
Parents will attend with their children once a month for their own formation sessions. Our aim is to give parents the tools and confidence they need to lead their own families closer to Christ.
Students will also be expected to complete some lessons at home.
The parent meetings will also be open to all adults of the parish and more information will follow in the coming weeks.
