Ministry Details
Ministers of Liturgical Environment lovingly tend to the worship space and altar at St. Anthony church, readying them for regular liturgical and seasonal celebrations. These ministers ensure that our church environment and décor “announce and reflect the presence of God, who is the source of all beauty and truth.” (Built of Living Stones).
Roles in this ministry:- Altar Linens (wash)
- Altar Linens (repair)
- Flowers & Plants (water, refresh)
- Seasonal Decorating Volunteers (Christmas & Easter)
St. Anthony's Liturgical Environment Ministry will be especially geared toward creative and crafty parishioners who wish to deepen their involvement in the liturgical life of the parish by offering their talents.
Guidelines and Resources
We need those who can sew, who can build, who have green thumbs, and who have a knack for design, decor, and details to help make our worship space reflect the presence of God in every liturgical season. -
