The 40 days of Lent begin on Ash Wednesday and end with the start of the Triduum on Holy Thursday. The entire Lenten Season is devoted to preparing for the joyful celebration of Jesus's Resurrection on Easter. We prepare through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving – by sharing in opportunities to draw deeper into our faith and our trust in the Lord. We, as individuals and as a community, seek to walk alongside Jesus in the desert and accompany him to Calvary.
We invite you to enter into this holy season with your heart open to contemplate Jesus's suffering and death on the Cross so that it may be filled with joyful hope upon the Resurrection of our Lord at Easter.
Join us to celebrate with joy the Resurrection of the Lord on Easter Sunday! Masses will be at 8:15am and 10:30am.
The Divine Mercy Novena begins on Good Friday and goes until Divine Mercy Saturday. You can join thousands of people in praying the novena this year! Everyone is invited to pray it on their own. Pray Novena.
Children are invited to the Easter Egg hunt on our school lawn after the 10:30am Mass on Sunday morning. Bring baskets if you'd like, and we'll have plastic bags on hand, too.
Does fear have a stronghold in your life? Sometimes it's obvious, and sometimes it's not so apparent.
On Wednesdays from March 1 through April 12, journey with us in the CMR from 7-8pm for the Fearless series. Each night, we'll join Chris Stefanick (of Real Life Catholic) and
a special guest of his as they break open the topic of living in fear and what to do about it.
Then, we'll engage in discussion around the evening's topic in an effort to accompany each other throughout this season of Lent. We will have questions ready to help facilitate either one discussion or a few smaller ones.
We will take up a 2nd collection on Ash Wednesday and on Sundays during Lent. On Good Friday, we will have a Special Collection for the Care of the Holy Land. View below who this year's 2nd collections will be for, and click to learn more about these causes.
