• Change of address, phone, cell phone, email
• Dependent child has been married or moved out of your household
• You're still receiving envelopes but have moved out of the parish
• You are a newly married couple but you were part of a St. Anthony family before marriage (we will need to re-register you as a couple).
• If you are not officially registered at St. Anthony but consider this your parish
