People of Padua: Next Generation Parish Team

We've got lots to share with you in this special edition of People of Padua! Since September 2019, St. Anthony has partnered with the Catholic Leadership Institute to pilot the Next Generation Parish Program (NGP). Many of you helped launch the NGP Program by participating in a 2019 survey called The Disciple Maker Index.

Guided by our NGP Leadership Consultant, Lori Tedjeske, the data from the survey was analyzed by the Envisioning Team, pictured above, over the last 18 months. This team used the data to identify 3 Priorities for our parish to address in order to flourish: WELCOMING + OUTREACH + FORMATION. You will see more about the data and these priorities in the coming weeks.

Now, in this next phase, the Implementation Team is meeting regularly to start addressing the 3 Parish Priorities. And we'll need everyone's help to do it, as we continue to work with the Catholic Leadership Institute over the next three years!
