Hello St. Anthony Community!
The parish is just buzzing with activity right now. The Saint Nicolas Breakfast was so much fun and the food was so good. I’m especially grateful to Cheryl Buras for heading that up, as well as the Knights of Columbus for cooking the food. Lastly, I want to thank Art Houle for orchestrating Saint Nicholas’s appearance at this delightful event.
I am thrilled with the great turn out we had at our parish penance service. Although the priests unfortunately arrived later than planned due to class, we ended up having six priests available to hear confessions. It just brings my heart joy to see so many of my flock going to confession and preparing their hearts for the coming of the Lord at Christmas.
Work continues on the new stone entryway to the parish office. I am so grateful to our wonderful volunteers that have been helping to make that a reality.
Please do consult our parish calendar for all the upcoming Advent activities. I hope our community can come together a lot during this season of waiting and hope.
Remember that Christ loves you, and that I love you.
St. Anthony de Padua, pray for us!
